Citation, commencement and interpretation. —(1) This Order may be cited as the East of England Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order and shall come into force on 1st July This Order establishes the East Midlands Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust as a National Health Service trust under the terms set out in section 5 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act Citation, commencement and interpretation.
